GPA® RETURN POLICY

Can I return a helmet?

Yes. GPA helmets can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the helmet must be unworn and unused, with no signs of wear, scratches or impact, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, liner and accessories, plus your order number.

Why can’t I return a helmet that has been worn or dropped?

A helmet’s protection depends on its shell and padding never having been impacted or compressed. For your safety and the next rider’s, we cannot accept helmets that have been worn while riding, dropped, impacted or altered.

Can I return a liner?

No. All liner sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of replacement liners, including the GPA Global Helmet Replacement Liner. Please check your size and helmet shell before ordering (Small shell: sizes 52-56; Medium shell: sizes 57-59+).

What if my liner arrives damaged or I received the wrong one?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective, we will replace it at no cost.

Can I exchange a helmet for a different size or finish?

Yes. Exchanges follow the same 30-day, unworn conditions as returns and are subject to stock availability.

How do I start a return?

Contact us through the form on our Warranty page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping service.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the helmet, we will refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What about manufacturing defects?

Defects in materials or workmanship are covered under our warranty. Please visit our Warranty page.
